• Fill out the registration form below for each person from your organisation who will attend. Each participant requires a separate registration.
• For Early-Bird tickets, please enter your Discount Code in order to benefit from the reduced rate. If you do not have a Discount Code, please request one by contacting [email protected].
  
• Fill in your billing information and submit the registration. Subject to approval. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, UEBT will send you an invoice with payment information in the following days.

UEBT members and conference sponsors:

• UEBT member companies are entitled to one (1) free ticket plus unlimited additional seats at the special members-only price. Please contact us at [email protected] for your special code for the free seat. Additional seats at the members-only price can be purchased below.  
• UEBT conference sponsors have additional free seats and should contact us for their codes. 
• NGOs, partners and non-member SMEs from non-OECD countries may be eligible for discounts. Contact us at [email protected] for more information.

Conditions:

• Tickets are non-transferable: the conference may only be attended by the person whose name appears on the ticket.
• There are two ticket types depending on whether your organisation is a UEBT member (full or provisional) or not.
• UEBT members are those companies that source ingredients from biodiversity and that have achieved UEBT membership or provisional membership and their membership is active.  
• 'Members' do not include UEBT partners and others stakeholders, such as certification bodies, NGOs, project partners or client companies that do not hold UEBT membership.
• Prices shown above are excluding VAT. The Dutch VAT rate of 21% will be added to ticket prices upon payment (Step 3).

• When you select Credit Card, an additional credit card processing fee of 4% applies.
• When you select Bank Transfer, we will send you an invoice to the email you have provided with instructions for payment. No additional payment processing fees are applied when this option is selected; however, your bank may charge additional fees for international transfers to our account.
• Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the registration form. However, registration will be guaranteed only upon receipt of the conference fees and our own internal confirmation that the correct ticket type, discount code, and seat allotment was used (e.g. member, non-member, free or discounted, etc.).
